More and more these days new european security measures are affecting our lives and privacy. Since the new approval of Romania as a member in NATO and EU, authorities increased their control procedures and improved their tools used for that purpose, especially against activists. New technologies, legislations, techniques and doctrines were established in the middle of the judicial, police and military apparatuses. The forces of control are merging, while the fronts of struggle are multiplicated. Our goal is to find out the relations between these organizations that favorize this phenomenum and state practical reasons and on how we can protect ourselves and our privacy.
The meeting will have the following topics:
-new european security arhitecture (actors, partners and their relations)
-border control (romania partner in frontex, shengen border controls etc)
-tools, methods and devices:
*biometrics (new passports and id cards in romania and europe)
*phone and internet control - how does that affect our privacy
*other types of surveillance (street cameras, registration forms etc.)
*crowd control on activist meetings and summit protests
-police behaviour versus activists:
*denmark : police action over activist people (police brutality, abuse etc)
*balkans - serbia : group of 6 (how police manufactures evidence?)
*mediteranian sea : fortress europe (why people have to die to keep the borders of europe in control?)
-conclusions:
*what can we do to protect our privacy (practical advices)
*what can we do to prevent ourselves from the growing police state's actions
*how we can spread the word so more people be aware of what's happening
*open discussion with proposals from groups for the future etc.

This presentation tries to explain why our group exists.
Many anti-fascists are isolated. Alone or even in small groups, we are most of the time isolated. The situation is catastrophic. The Nazis marched in Berlin without much resistance few weeks ago, they are killing our comrades in Russia, they organize concerts and parades in the heart of Paris every year, anti-Semitism is growing rapidly throughout Europe, the worshipers of the Ustashi appear openly, the Swiss clearly displays their racism … ect. We antifascists, are overwhelmed by the fascist wave, not counting state repression rampant everywhere and especially in the Spanish State. Many people are isolated; our group tries to unite these people beyond their nationality.
This goal also reflects a lack of organization of the anti-fascist action abroad. This is due to a lack of structure. But there is sometimes a kind of navel gazing. When a local Antifascist group exists, it tends not to share his experience with other group. This must change.
We modestly invent a new way to design anti-fascism, internationally oriented and deeply cultural opened.
First, we use the tools offered by new technologies. Mainly Facebook. We know the risks we take. Each must be evaluated. It is obvious that in difficult local conditions, it is not advisable to join our group with his true identity. This is dangerous and we must think about our safety first.
However, we believe that the true bulwark against repression and against the aggression of fascist groups, is the “People fortress”. That’s why we must work to build a front mass. The use of new technologies can achieve this result more rapidly than by means of real life.
Today, there is a cultural battle to carry on the front of anti-fascism. This battle will not happen without the right tools we need to invent methods, to let the mass line come out.
Our experience is not unique. We do not believe that we are THE only group above the existing groups. It is rather a transnational anti-fascist group in the minds of the international brigades in preparation for the Fascist tide happens. We are a column, we hope many others will be born soon.

The working group at the table of the Lord Mayor will invite all citizens to participate in a human chain "REMEMBER - Mahn - ACTIONS" To participate (working title). This should become the joint action of all the Democrats and would be a new approach in the Saxon capital. The beginning is 1300 clock on the woman in front of the ruins of City Hall. At the moment, the human chain in front of the town hall on the Dr. Ring-Külz, St. Petersburg Direction Street Synagogue / Elbe. According to current plans, they should last up to about 14.30 clock. Call

Calling the alliance "Nazifrei! Dresden has no tolerance!" There is also the call of the Alliance "Nazifrei! Dresden is sichquer!" The call for blockades of the right-wing march. www.dresden-nazifrei.de and: No pasarán - they do not get through! The campaign Anti-fascist protests there in Dresden for many years. They could so far not prevent the parade has become one of the most important fixed dates of the neo-Nazi scene. The last Aufmasch in February 2009 committed itself more anti-fascist and leftist groups in order to bring the event more in the public domain. The result was the Alliance No Pasarán which has made itself too big for the coming year 2010. The goal: Effective resistance against the Nazi demonstration. Already last year 5000 demonstrated anti-fascists of Dresden's streets against the deployment. That is what we will build: This year we are working together with all the emancipatory anti-fascists a broad alliance. We align ourselves to the experience of the blockades of the summit and the anti-Islam congress in Cologne. 65 years after the end of the Second World War, we remember those who were persecuted and murdered by the Nazis and those who resisted the Nazi regime. This commemoration committed to rolling back of the strengthening neo-Nazism, and thus to prevent the Nazi march in Dresden. Our concern is not just a more modern interpretation of German history, which gives the German guilt, but also refers to a pan-European responsibility. The memory of the victims of National Socialism can not be reduced to justification, to be allowed to commemorate German victims. If infers suffering is a universal category, but too often this leads to the observation of an EU-century of war, tyranny and displacement. The special feature of National Socialism and the singularity of the Holocaust in Europe in the Diktauren disappear. Through a continuous anti-fascist work and a public mood can be created, which prevents such rallies sustainably. Specifically, we see in Dresden for mass blockades against the currently most promising means Nazigroßaufmarsch in February 2010.
The concept of mass blockades means a publicly announced as inappropriate. Participation in this action is a low threshold - is important to us that as many people from different political spectrums, and especially who can participate with little action experience. There are various forms of resistance to Nazi rallies. Especially the variety of forms of action, not against each other, but side by side and held together, can effectively counter the deployment of something. Thus, participation in the campaign for the inexperienced is predictable. Nevertheless, the concept is clearly aimed at a practical policy to prevent the Nazi march. Such a mass blockade can be realized only through a broad social alliance of various progressive political spectrum, as it exists in many other cities. That is why we need your support! Does the mass blockades against the Nazigroßaufmarsch in Dresden!
No pasarán - they do not get through!
